Emma Tonkin

Author Bio

Emma Tonkin is currently a research associate at King's College, London. Originally educated as a physicist, she holds degrees in human-computer interaction and classical studies. She earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Bristol, on the subject of context-awareness in mobile devices using social and physical sensors. She is currently working on the EU-funded PERICLES project.
